Every place has some or the other thing that remains unexplored due to many reasons like if we take any vacation, we visit that place, we plan to visit the famous places that we eventually hear from the other tourists but few try to explore the unexplored. 

In that maze, we got some of the best places that are not so famous but will mesmerize you with its beauty and India is full of such sites still many remains unrecognized, and you can visit those places which are listed here that will give you many new places to hang out with your travel buddies. 

13 Arch bridge

The 13 Arch Bridge is located in Kerala, which connects Kollam Junction & Sengottai in South India. The railway line is more than a hundred years old, and in the year 1904, it was commissioned by the Britishers. 

Commonly, the bridge serves as a railway line but, the scenic beauty of the place will drive you away. The bridge was started on November 26, 1904, and it’s been 117 years & it’s; still active. The bridge was closed in the year 2010 for a while, and it again started on June 9, 2018.

Chettinad is an area located in Sivaganga ruled by Pandya Nadu by the Ramnad Kingdom. The name of the place means land of the Chettiars. During the 19th and 20th centuries, the people from Chettinad did trading in South & Southeast Asia, especially in Vietnam, Malaysia, Burma, and Ceylon. 

The Chettinad Palace was built in 1912 by S. Rm. M. Annamalai Chettiar, but while working on the detailing, it almost took seven years to complete the construction of the Chettinad Palace. In the palace, you can experience the traditional Chettinad architecture. 

It is composed of architecture, tradition, art; you will find teak wood materials, marbles, carpets, ornamental lights, crystals that were imported from different locations overseas. 

You will be amazed at the architecture of the palace, the palace also has a vast courtyard, that is used for religious rituals and marriages; it also has a puja house in the corner of the yard. 

The household items that were used by the family are still kept safe, the house is like a palace because at that time Chettiars almost organized the functions at their house so they built it in that way. 

The palace even has the facility of a lift and a big parking lot. You will explore more things once you reach there and it will be interesting to find out more facts about the place and some myths as well.

Gurez Valley

In Gurez Valley, many archaeological surveys have found many carved inscriptions in Tibetan, Brahmi, and Kharoshthi, and these carvings have given indications of the origin of the Kashmiri people and Buddhism.

Arunachal Pradesh is one of the places which is often suggested for vacation but not preferred by many but if you visit the place you won’t be able to forget the destination. Apart from that, you can experience the Damro region with the longest bridge surrounded by the river and lush greenery. 

The bridge is made up of Bamboo and ropes and takes you across the river Yamne. 

The bridge is maintained properly and along with that suspension, cables are used for protection. IT is a 100 feet long hanging bridge which is mostly used by the locals or tribals, but it gives an amazing view. You can look at the river view, watch fishing and even you can go down.

This town was the capital of the Sultanate of Gujrat and the city was established by Vanraj Chavda. Vanraj Chavda is more one of the most prominent kings from the Chavda Dynasty in the eighth century. Vanraj Chavda named this city after one of his friends, whose name was Champa and was known as Champaran. 

Later an amazing Jama Masjid was built in Champaner by Sultan Begada, and it is one of the architectural marvels present in this century. The Masjid has 172 pillars and many more to look upon.

Mandavgad, which is locally known as Mandu, is located in the western region of Madhya Pradesh. Earlier it was a subdivision of the Taranga kingdom, which was also called Tarangagadh. 

The place gained recognition in the 10th and 11th centuries when it was under Paramaras. You can visit the Roopmati Pavilion, which was built with the intention of an army observation area but, now it is known as Roopmati’s Pavillion. Rewa Kund is a reservoir which was built by Baz Bahadur with the intent to provide water supply to the Roopmati’s Pavilion, Baz Bahadur’s Palace, Darya Khan’s Tomb, Shri madavgadh Teerth, Jama Masjid, Hosang Shah’s Tomb, Hindola Mahal, and many more.
