Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were sentenced to one-day NCB custody for allegedly possessing banned drugs aboard a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai yesterday evening.

These three people were arrested evening and were brought before a special holiday court presided by R K Rajebhosale. During the day, the five others who remain accused were also held in prison and will be produced in court on Monday after they undergo medical examinations.

During the night of Sunday, Salman Khan visited Shah Rukh Khan at his residence: Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow in Bandstand, Mumbai, where Salman Khan was spotted on Sunday night, October 3.

Mumbai Drug Bust Details

NCB captures a suspect whose name was revealed in mobile chats between Aryan and Arbaaz: In connection with the cruise drugs party case, NCB seized another suspect on Sunday night. As of now, the suspect has been identified as Shreyas Nair, having been disclosed in Aaryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant’s mobile chat.

The luggage of his friends and his own were screened, and none of them contained anything of significance, Maneshinde informed the court.

‘Rave Party’ claims no connection with Cordelia Cruises: Mr. Bailom stated on behalf of Cordelia Cruises that “Cordelia Cruises is not necessarily associated with this incident.

The evidence revealed a conversation between peddlers and officials via WhatsApp chat: The investigation is at its initial phase, according to officials. NCB’s Statement

NCB sought custody of the accused for two days, saying that the investigation is at a preliminary stage. It was reported that 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, and MDMA, and Rs 130,000 in cash were discovered at the site during the search. Eight people were apprehended in this operation, according to NCB.

An NCB team, led by zonal director Sameer Wankhede, raided the Goa-bound Cordelia cruise ship following information that the ship would be hosting a party. Some of the drugs were recovered from the passengers during the raid.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer in court

During a recent court appearance Satish Manshinde, the lawyer for Aryan Khan, argued that his client didn’t even have a ticket. NCB feels he can be implicated based only on verbal exchanges, though nothing has been found on him. He has been treated well, and there is no harassment,” the advocate said, “I’m willing to settle for one day of remand.”

According to Mr. Maneshinde, it was not discovered that his client was in possession, he did not lie about consumption, and he has no relationship to those people as suggested by NCB. Aryan Khan’s bail application will now be filed by Maneshinde. There was immediate bail for all three accused.

According to Arbaaz and Munmun’s lawyers, the remand application does not make any mention of how much was found on the accused 1, 2, or 3. Therefore, it is vague and I have a right to a bail hearing.” the lawyer said. Among the charges against him are sections 27 of the NDPS (punishment for consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances) and 8C (produce, manufacture, possess, sell, or purchase of drugs).
