8-year-old child killed in Greater Noida by his mother and three others.
The Gautam Budh Nagar police have arrested four individuals, including a 45-year-old woman, her 53-year-old male friend, her brother-in-law, and her stepdaughter’s father-in-law, on charges of murdering her eight-year-old son. The shocking incident unfolded after the child allegedly witnessed his mother and her male friend in a compromising position. Fearing that the child would expose their affair, the mother, along with the other suspects, conspired to kill the boy.
The series of events began on July 5, when the boy’s father, Kalyan Singh, reported his son missing to the Bhagalpur police station. According to Singh, his son has not returned home since July 2. The police registered a First Information Report (FIR) under Section 363 (kidnapping) of the Indian Penal Code against unknown persons and initiated a search operation.
On July 7, the child’s body was discovered in a drain in Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal district, prompting the Gautam Budh Nagar police to be alerted. The family positively identified the body as that of their missing child, and the post-mortem report indicated that drowning was the cause of death. The boy’s father informed the police that Sambhal was his native town.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the boy’s mother, Bhuri, was involved in an extramarital affair with Ompal Singh, a neighbour residing in Greater Noida who worked as a keyman in the Railways. On the night of June 28, the child caught Bhuri and Ompal together, and in response, he threatened to inform his father. Fearing the consequences of their relationship being exposed, Bhuri and Ompal decided to eliminate the child.
On July 2, Bhuri sent her son to her stepdaughter’s marital home in a nearby village, informing her husband that she was unaware of the child’s whereabouts. She instructed her stepdaughter not to disclose the fact that her son was with her. On July 6, Bhuri visited her stepdaughter’s home and took the boy outside. Pretending to give him medicine, she administered poison to him and left the premises.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Noida), Anil Kumar Yadav, provided details of the investigation, explaining that Bhuri and Ompal feared the repercussions of their illicit relationship becoming public knowledge. They believed that the child’s revelation would lead to disgrace within their families and community, thus motivating them to carry out the horrific crime.
The police arrested the four suspects involved in the murder. They will face charges under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code related to murder, conspiracy, and other applicable offences. The authorities are continuing their investigation to gather additional evidence and ensure a thorough examination of the case.
This tragic incident highlights the brutal consequences of a complex extramarital affair and the extreme measures taken by the individuals involved to protect their secrets. The loss of an innocent child’s life has shocked the local community, and the arrested individuals will now face the legal consequences of their actions.
In a distressing turn of events, a young boy collapsed, leading to panic and a series of unfortunate actions by those involved. According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), the boy’s stepdaughter’s father-in-law, named Amar Singh, believed that the child had passed away. Filled with panic and fear, he made the ill-fated decision to dispose of the body. This marked the beginning of a chilling murder conspiracy.
Amar Singh immediately reached out to Manak, the boy’s uncle, and together, they became entangled in this sinister plot. Acting by their dark intentions, they transported the unconscious boy to Sambhal and callously dumped him into a nearby water body. Tragically, the young child succumbed to his condition and lost his life.
However, their nefarious deeds did not go unnoticed. The authorities apprehended Amar Singh and Manak, subjecting them to intensive questioning. In a shocking revelation, both individuals confessed to their involvement in the elaborate conspiracy orchestrated by Ompal and Bhuri.
Consequently, the police swiftly pressed charges against the accused parties. The charges included sections 302 (murder), 201 (causing the disappearance of evidence), 120B (party to a criminal conspiracy), 34 (act done by several people with common intention), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. By adding these sections, law enforcement aimed to ensure that all those responsible for the heinous act would face appropriate legal consequences.
The suspects were subsequently presented before a local court, where they received judicial custody. This meant that they would remain detained until further legal proceedings took place, ensuring that they would not be able to evade justice or tamper with the evidence. The court’s decision to remand them to judicial custody reflected the seriousness of their alleged crimes and the need for a fair trial.
As the investigation continues, the police will delve deeper into the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident. The authorities are determined to bring all individuals involved to justice and shed light on the motives behind the murder conspiracy. The loss of young life is an irreplaceable tragedy, and society rightfully demands answers and accountability.
In conclusion, a young boy’s collapse led to a chain of events that exposed a shocking murder conspiracy. Amar Singh and Manak, driven by fear and desperation, conspired to dispose of the boy’s body after mistakenly believing he had died. The subsequent arrests and charges filed against them and the alleged masterminds, Ompal and Bhuri, highlight the commitment of the police and the legal system to uncover the truth and ensure justice prevails.
