The famous Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and his beloved wife Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan was detained by the NCB ( Narcotics Control Bureau ) of India on 2nd October 2021.
The Narcotics Control Bureau recently raided the Goa-bound ship off the Mumbai Coast based on a tip received that a party was scheduled.
Aryan is famous for his uncanny resemblance with his father. He also enjoys a magnificent fan following among teen girls and young women on both the real-world and virtual worlds through social media.
The report claims that some Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officers entered the ship under-cover while another team of officers was assigned at the Mumbai shore. As per the arrest memo of the NCB, twenty-one grams of charas, thirteen grams of Cocaine, five grams of MD, twenty-two capsules of Ecstasy, along with rupees 1.33 Lacs, were seized from the cruise ship. The cruise company Cordelia Cruises released a statement on Sunday claiming that they are nowhere directly or indirectly related to the incident and have nothing to do with the arrests made or with the incident that took place.
The cruise staff created a VIP pathway for their special guests, which consisted of Aryan Khan, his close friend Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, and many more. The arrests were initiated on the afternoon of 3rd October, and the detainees were later taken for medical examination by the NCB officials.
Reports claim that the renowned actor’s son broke down and ended up crying during the interrogation with the NCB officials and also claimed that he has been involved and has been consuming illegal drugs for the past four years. Aryan Khan also accepted that he acknowledges and has understood the basis and grounds on which his arrest has been made and has informed his advocate and family. Aryan Khan has been charged under the sections of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS). The sections include 8C, 20B,27, and 35.
According to popular sources and reports, it is believed and claimed that the actor’s son would only be accused and charged of consuming illegal drugs. According to the lawyer Satish Manshinde who is representing Aaryan Khan in the court of law, no illegal drugs were found from the actor’s luggage and baggage.
It is also believed that the Narcotics Control Bureau officials will not be carrying out an at the bungalow of Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai, which is Mannat.
A certain report has also revealed that Shreyas Nair is the one who had supplied the illegal drugs to Aryan Khan and his close friend Arbaaz Merchant. The person’s name was revealed through Aryan Khan and Arbaaz’s mobile chats and text messages. Although the duo did not reveal to the NCB officers during investigation and interrogation about their peddler, through the mobile chats and text messages, it is evident that the pair had already met Shreyas Nair at parties before. He can anytime soon now be seen in the court of law and be arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau officers.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan and his friends were presented in the court on Sunday. Advocate Satish Manshinde demanded bail for the actor’s son, but the Narcotics Control Bureau told the court that they needed custody of the star kid for a longer period. Reportedly, the Bureau has informed the court that they need the star kid in custody till 11th October 2021.
The Agency believes that they need to do a thorough investigation to know the supplier’s name and the financiers. The NCB officers recently said, ‘We do not see who is a star’s son, we see everyone as equal.’
