3 Idiots

The film is directed & edited by Rajkumar Hirani and the story is derived from the novel named ‘Five Point someone’ written by Chetan Bhagat and Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi & R. Madhavan can be seen in the lead role.
The movie is about how the three students get into the engineering college and the pressure they face from society, from the educational system. Apart from that, you will catch Boman Irani, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Omi Vaidya in the supporting cast.
Dhamaal
The movie may be a bit old but they are iconic, and whenever you watch it gives the same feel as you are watching it for the first time, the same fun. The movie was released in the year 2007 directed by Indra Kumar. In this movie, you will see the comedy legends Ritesh Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Aashish Chaudhary, and Sanjay Dutt.
The movie is inspired by an American comedy film released in 2001 named ‘Rat Race’. Dhamaal has come up with a series but it breaks you into laughter, and not only teens but the whole family will enjoy the movie.
In the year 2011, the next sequel of the movie Double Dhamaal was released and in the year 2019, the third part named Total Dhamaal was released. The sequel has a different story, with a fresh start, but except for Javed Jaffery, Arshad Warsi, and Ritesh Deshmukh, the casts keep changing for the freshness of the storyline. Golmaal
When you ask for comedy movies, the first name that strikes is the Golmaal, one of the best comedy movies in the Indian film industry. The Golmaal was released in 2006, which Rohit Shetty directed after 2006. Another three sequels of the movie were released, Golmaal Returns in the year 2008, Golmaal 3 in 2010, and Golmaal Again in the year 2017.
In the movie, you will break out into laughter with the performance of Ajay Devgn, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Mukesh Tiwari, Shreyas Talpade, and Sanjay Mishra. Chak De India
Motivation is a word that can bring many changes and it can come from anything. It can be songs, speeches, and even movies. Chak De India is one such movie, the film was released in the year 2007 which is directed by Shimit Amin & produced by Aditya Chopra.
Badshah of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, can be seen in the lead role of coach Kabir Khan. The movie is inspired by the Indian Women National Hockey Team which won the Commonwealth Games in 2002, and other aspects of the society like sexism, feminism, the partition of India-Pakistan, religion, and opportunities.
The plot revolves around Kabir Khan, a part of the Indian Men’s Hockey team but loses in the match against Pakistan. He is considered the anti-national, who supported Pakistan in their win. After many years he comes back to train the Indian Women’s hockey team. This movie is one of the blockbuster movies and is very inspiring for everyone that they should never give up and find the solution to their problem.
Taare Zameen Par
This movie does not need any introduction, one of the finest stories and movies in the Indian Film Industry. The movie was released in 2007, starring Aamir Khan & Darsheel Safary, directed by Aamir Khan. The film is a psychological drama and looks into the life of a kid who is dealing with psychological problems but has no support.
The story is about a kid suffering from dyslexia, which troubles him in his studies. Still, excellence in art and due to which he is sent to the boarding school as many people in the society are not aware of this condition and always pointed out his mistakes,. Still, later in his boarding school his art teacher helps him overcome this reading disorder and treat him like an average child.
The story is emotional, but it also tells about the situation where a kid or anyone might be going through any problem but is not understood or supported. The society always finds out his mistake instead of finding out the original problem.
Lagaan
Britishers ruled in India for many years, they introduced many rules for survival, one of those was the taxes known as Lagaan. The movie Lagaan portrays those incidents and the difficulties. It was released in 2001 with Aamir Khan in the lead role and was directed & written by Ashutosh Gowariker.
The story is about the people who reside in the small village but are burdened with high taxes from the Britishers and the drought situation. Hence, they find out how to challenge the British officers in the game of cricket to escape from the heavy taxes implied by the Britishers.
The movie has won many awards at an international film festival and received appreciation from the critics and audience. The movie was the first-ever Indian film released nationwide in China and also got the spot in the UK Top 10 after its release.
Stanley Ka Dabba
We say kids are immature, they live in their innocence but the situation teaches everything; even a kid becomes mature when he knows he has to survive in the world alone and has the responsibilities. This movie portrays the same being a comedy-drama, it shows an essential part of our society.
The movie was released in the year 2011, directed & written by Amole Gupte and Partho Gupte in the lead role along with Divya Dutta. The film is about a kid who studies in fourth grade. He is very creative, talented, and loved by his classmates and teacher Rosy. But his story is out of that, he is facing many problems but he decides to face it with his smile and humour and don’t let anyone know about his condition.
The audience and critics of the movie are very well appreciated for the performance and story.
Bum Bum Bole
As said, kids become mature with the situation, the movie portrays something like that. Bum Bum Bole was released in 2010 and was directed by Priyadarshan, Darsheel Safary, Ziayah Vastani, Atul Kulkarni, and Rituparna Sengupta in the lead role.
The movie is inspired by a film named ‘Children of Heaven’ released in 1997, and the title of the movie was inspired by a title song of Taare Zameen Par.
The movie portrays two kids from a poor family and dream to have good shoes but due to financial problems, they bury their goal and share the same pair of shoes but are ready to work hard for their needs, which is shown in the film very well.
Bahubali
One of the most incredible & biggest movies at present released in 2015, directed by S S Rajamouli and Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah on board in the star cast. The movie is divided into two parts, the beginning and the conclusion.
The first part of the movie revolves around Shiva who likes adventure and goes to rescue Devsena to help Avantika (his love interest) and later finds out his real identity, which involves action. The film concludes in the next part, Bahubali 2: the conclusion and finds out how his father died, and seeks revenge from the evil Bhallaladeva.
The movie received an excellent response from the critics and the box office success broke the record. Meanwhile, the film was the most expensive Indian film when it was released and it also won the national award for best special effects and best feature film. Apart from that it has received many awards.
Khosla ka Ghosla
One of the iconic comedy-drama in the Indian film industry, the movie was released in 2006, directed by Dibakar Banerjee and Anupam Kher, Boman Irani in the star cast.
The movie is about a middle-class family whose land was seized by a builder, and they try to get it back from him. Boman Irani is seen in the character of Khurana, the builder, and Anupam Kher in the role of Kamal Kishore Khosla.
The film is full of attempts that give comedy turn to it, and it also received the national award for best feature film at the 54th National Film Awards. It was remade into different languages as Pai Solla Porom in Tamil in 2008 and Rame Gowda Vs Krishna Reddy in Kannada in 2010. The film is considered one of the best films by Dibakar Banerjee.
Udaan
Udaan was released in 2010, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, and it portrays the coming-of-age drama. The movie has Ronit Roy, Rajat Barmecha, Ram Kapoor in the casting team.
The movie tells the story of a teenage boy forced to live with his oppressive father after he gets expelled from the boarding school. The film was premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010, and the film was the first movie to be premiered in the Cannes Film Festival in seven years.
The film did not perform well at the box office but received many awards for the story and performance of the team.
Dil Chahta Hai
One of the best and most relieving movies which you can watch anytime. The movie was released in 2001, directed and written by Farhan Akhtar and Aamir Khan, Akshaye Khanna, and Saif Ali Khan in the star cast, who plays the role of three college students friends.
The movie portrays the changes in the romantic lives of the three friends, and along with Saif, Akshaye, and Aamir, you will also see Preity Zinta, Sonali Kulkarni, and Dimple Kapadia in the star cast of Dil Chahta hai.
The audience well perceived the film, and it won the National award and 7 Filmfare awards.
