While two of the men have been identified as Anubhav, also known as Guddu, and Raja, who are already involved in a murder case from the previous year, the third individual remains unidentified.

As the trio made their exit, they targeted another witness related to the same murder. They assaulted him, inflicting physical harm, and issued threats on his life, further exacerbating the already tense situation. The police confirmed that the three men entered the Ravi Nagar colony at approximately 6:30 a.m., with one of them prominently brandishing a firearm.

Their arrival outside a specific residence marked the beginning of their menacing act. They discharged several shots into the air before quickly fleeing the scene while still holding the weapon. The brazen nature of their actions only heightened the fear and anxiety among the residents.

The origins of this troubling incident can be traced back to an incident in May of the previous year when Sumit Solanki and his brother were subjected to a violent assault during a wedding held at the Sector-9 Community Centre. Tragically, Sumit Solanki succumbed to the injuries sustained during the attack.

In response to this horrific crime, the police initiated an investigation and subsequently filed charges against eight individuals believed to be involved. Seven of the accused were apprehended and subsequently remanded to judicial custody, but one individual named Vishu remains at large, evading capture.

Recently, seven individuals accused of a crime were released on bail from jail. The local police officer confirmed this information and further stated that the houses attacked on Saturday belonged to Chandan and Rohit, who were both witnesses in the murder case of a person named Solanki.

According to Chandan’s complaint, the three men involved in the attack initially went to Rohit’s house. After firing a few shots into the air, they left the premises. Chandan provided a detailed account of the incident in his complaint to the police. He stated that around 7 a.m. that day, a person named Anubhav, also known as Guddu, along with Raja and another unidentified individual, approached him from behind near Devi Lal colony. They claimed to have come from Rohit’s house and threatened to kill Rohit if they were to find him.

The trio then coerced Chandan, pressuring him not to testify in the Sumit murder case. When Chandan refused to comply, they physically assaulted him before fleeing the scene. Chandan’s family quickly rushed him to the hospital for medical attention.

Upon receiving Chandan’s complaint, the police promptly registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Anubhav alias Guddu, Raja, and the unidentified third person. The charges were filed under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Arms Act at Sector 9 A Police Station on Saturday. The police have initiated raids and are actively conducting operations to apprehend the three men involved in the attack.
