Because they have optimized the product like that, it will work flawlessly only with other Apple products. It is their strategy to sell more and more products to the consumers.

The price of an earphone is around 25000 INR in India, and iPhones are gone up to 1.8 lakhs which is mind-blowing. This much price just for a phone is hard to justify for so many people. So the pricing of their products can’t be explained by them.
Recently they have launched a silk cloth to clean devices priced around 2000 rupees which is insane.

Yes, there are some good things in them, but there are some terrible things too that were criticized by users, and those are why people hate them so much.
They bring some very alarming trends, which at last followed by Android. So these are some reasons why this brand has a love-hate situation with its users.
