We all have been waiting for George Miller’s Furiosa. Earlier, Charlize Theron had played the character; now, everyone’s eye was on that as it will be a modification in a younger way, and Anya Taylor-Joy will play that.
The audience’s curiosity has been increasing with every passing in the wait that when they will see it again, but it’s disheartening to know that we have to wait for a little longer to see Furiosa till 2024.
Furiosa is a prequel for the Mad Max Fury Road by George Miller, and Charlize Theron was playing earlier that role. Now, another prequel is being made for which the filmmakers plan to get a younger version of Furiosa, and thus Anya Taylor-Joy has been cast for that role.
As of now, no reason has been given for the movie’s delay, but it can be due to the ongoing pandemic that could have delayed the actor’s availability or the studio schedule. This movie also needed a longer duration of film time.
In this upcoming movie Furiosa, we will also see Chris Hemsworth and Yahya Abdul Mateen II. Maybe that could be one of the reasons that the audience is waiting to see this thriller and action film from Miller.
The movie will also feature Alfre Woodard, Lewis Pullman, Makenzie Leigh, Bill Camp, Spencer Treat Clark, and William Sadler. Gary Dauberman will be directing the upcoming movie; earlier, the film was scheduled on June 23, 2023, to hit the US theatres by Warner Bros, but now the launch has been postponed to 2024. But the movie will open in the theatres on September 9, 2022.
